Phat Management Group provides centralized oversight and day-to-day property management for a portfolio of residential and commercial properties located throughout Utah.
The properties in our portfolio are held through affiliated ownership entities. Each entity may own a different property, while Phat Management Group coordinates operations, maintenance, tenant and resident communication, leasing support, and administrative services across the portfolio.
Our work is focused exclusively on properties within this affiliated portfolio. We do not provide third-party management services for unrelated property owners. This structure allows us to remain closely involved with each property and make decisions with a long-term ownership perspective.
